Get to Know Kim and Phil

Our Story

We started Evermore Homestead with a simple goal: to create an environment where our hearts are full, our hands are dirty, and our souls are content. Our journey to get here has been a long and winding one, but we're proud of what we've accomplished so far and know that this property will be our pride and joy, for evermore.

The minute we pulled up to this homestead, it felt like ‘home.’ Kim is an Island -girl having spent much of her childhood sailing up and down the Montague River admiring this old farmhouse from the water. Her heart is happiest when it beats in time with the tides. Phil is a gardener at heart, earning his green thumb from his parents. While Kim was staring at the water, Phil was dreaming about fruit trees to plant, flowers beds to dig, and beehives to tend. We were instantly smitten by the Homestead's enchanting mix of water and dirt that brings us both joy!

Since getting the keys in September 2025, we have been dreaming and doing - Kim focusing on the interior of the century farmhouse and Phil focusing on the acreage. We are a strong little team, constantly cheered on and 'paw'pervised by our sweet senior pup, Aspen.
